“ Staying at the Campoloro campsite is to experience the most unexpected but also the most attractive of paradoxes, that of being pampered by the wide range of fun services and activities and the feeling of being alone in the world.” Staying at Le Campoloro campsite while on holiday in Corsica means willingly agreeing to be torn by an irresistible double desire: that of running away to discover Corsica from the inside – its churches, its monasteries, its museums, its crafts, its hiking trails – and that of casting anchor permanently at this remarkable site, classified Natura 2000, and witnessing the incandescent birth of the day, breathing the unruly breath of sea winds, sniffing the minty scent of eucalyptus trees, strolling on kilometres of fine sand with breathtaking views of the Tuscan archipelago and the legendary island of Monte Cristo, enjoying the well-being of its 4-star bungalows in complete safety, indulging in “farniente” under the aquatic sun of the swimming pools, welcoming the flavours of the region to your table, being moved in the first throws of the twilight by the deep and ethereal voices of Corsican polyphony
