Vintage 1970s Blue Tartan Wool Scarf Unused Sample Unisex Plaid Pattern 2 piece ensemble The piece is hand paintedThis is a 100% virgin wool scarf featuring a plaid tartan pattern in green, yellow, white and red against a blue background colour. The fringe is pulled. This was acquired from the estate of someone who owned a clothing manufacturer or was a retailer it is one of a number of sample scarves that were in the estate, all made by the Chelsea Mfg. Co of Montreal, a Canadian trademark established in 1948 and abandoned in 1994. This one doesnt have a tag,
