Abadia Da Cova Cepa Vella Georgia from the founding house of100% Mencia Vibrant tinto from a 4th gen, family run winery on the banks of the Mio River. Mature vines (30 40 years) from granite soils in Ribeiras do Mio and slate soils in Quiroga Bibei. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by 5 to 8 months aging in tank.
