Alocasia Dark Star PP 29870 Cryptomeria spread via stolons to formAlocasia 'Dark Star' is a superb 2016 LariAnn Garner introduction, from her cross of Alocasia odora and Alocasia 'Imperial Dark'. The result is an amazing specimen that we've trialed since 2020, with great success. For us, it forms a large, impressive clump to 6' tall by the end of the growing season, with the giant foliage held on shiny black stems. So far, our plants have survived 11 F degrees, dying back to the ground. In the colder end of its
