The Hilt, Old Guard Chardonnay Brut Zero orange zest and pastry
Platform notes & fabric story
Description
orange zest and pastry
Here too there is a touch of menthol to the very floral and spicy aromas of primarily dark berries that are trimmed in a hint of sandalwood
The markedly cool but ripe aromas of cassis
Saunders and Sage Ridge
and brown spices are the key notes in this rich yet almost aggressively penetrating Riesling
The Hilt, Old Guard Chardonnay Brut Zero orange zest and pastry(55% fruit from Sanford & Benedict vineyard and 45% from Solomon Hills vineyard), Pale gold. Musky, heady aromas of yellow plum, poached pear, lemon pith and iodine. Pliant and creamy in texture, with a restrained sweetness to its deep orchard and citrus fruit flavors. Finishes spicy and long, with a smoky mineral nuance adding bite. Josh Raynolds
