the wine is energetic with vibrant acidity and mineral tension and concludes with a fine

violet and dark currant

My sense is that this will fill out with a few years of bottle age as the tannins subside

but also lush and generous

The sleeker and finer but actually somewhat less concentrated medium bodied flavors possess a more refined texture on the saline suffused, complex and lingering finish. This too is really quite good though perhaps not quite as outstanding in its category as the Bourgogne. Even so, it is also worth checking out.
